Plans are underway for Greenwood Christian School’s Annual Auction on March 29 – 30. According to Angel McAllister, GCS Marketing Dept., “Volunteers are actively seeking donations of goods and services to provide a wide variety of items for bidders looking for a great value while supporting GCS.”
The Auction is the school’s major fundraiser, and this year marks the 14th annual event. Silent bidding begins Thursday, March 29, and concludes Friday night with a live auction and a $500 cash giveaway. Join us for dinner, a Kids Zone, then bid on items including vacations, home décor, sporting memorabilia, jewelry, gift baskets, garden supplies, professional services and so much more.
All proceeds from this fundraising event will assist Greenwood Christian School to equip students academically, physically, socially and spiritually. The majority of the proceeds will be used to provide scholarships for students and resources for the classroom. School officials are also excited to announce portions of the proceeds will be used as seed money to fund initial construction of a GCS recreational field with stadium lights.
